Golden Otocinclus are gentle schooling catfish that should be kept in groups of at least 4–6 for best health and natural behavior. They are perfect for peaceful community aquariums and planted tanks.
Good tankmates include:

Rasboras

Corydoras

Dwarf gouramis

Shrimp and snails
Because of their small size and calm nature, they should not be housed with large or aggressive fish.
Tank Setup:
A mature planted aquarium with driftwood, plants, and surfaces where algae and biofilm can grow is ideal. Stable water conditions are important, as Otocinclus can be sensitive to sudden changes or poor water quality.

Currently we only offer shipping on a quote basis. If you are outside of the Ottawa/Smiths Falls area please send us a message and we will get you a shipping quote! We are working up to being able to offer shipping in the future. Stay tuned if you are not from the Ottawa or Lanark area!
Delivery
We offer free delivery from Smiths Falls to Ottawa most weeks. If you place an order for local delivery we usually delvier on weekends, or when we are in the area. So please make sure to leave the best form of contact to reach you. If you are within close areas outside of out free delivery radius we can deliver for a fee such as: Kingston, Arnprior, Gatineau, Kemptville, etc.
