Pleco Ceramics High Protein Bottom Feeder Tablets with Spirulina 100g

Plecoceramics High Protein Bottom Feeder Tablets with Spirulina

The tablet version of Plecoceramics’ popular bottom feeder formula — same professional-grade, seafood-based recipe, in a compressed tablet form that sinks quickly, holds its shape, and allows bottom-feeding species to graze naturally without the food breaking apart and clouding the water. Formulated around a 42% crude protein base of fish meal, shrimp meal, krill meal, and brine shrimp, with spirulina powder for immune support and natural colour enhancement, these tablets are a reliable and palatable daily staple for plecos, catfish, shrimp, turtles, and other bottom-dwelling species.

The tablet format is particularly practical for monitoring and controlling feeding — each tablet stays intact long enough for fish to locate and consume it at their own pace, making it straightforward to assess how much your animals are eating and remove anything uneaten before it affects water quality.

A Note From Us

We recommend feeding once daily and removing any uneaten tablets after 15 minutes. Even in tablet form, uneaten food left in a warm tank will eventually break down and impact water quality — particularly in smaller or heavily stocked setups. Feed conservatively and adjust based on how quickly your animals consume each tablet.
