Homebred Yellow Lab Hybrid

Homebred Yellow Lab Hybrid (Labidochromis caeruleus x Aulonocara sp.) is a unique, tank-raised cross between our Yellow Lab line and peacock cichlids. These hybrids carry the sunny yellow coloration of Yellow Labs, often with enhanced markings or shimmer from their peacock lineage, making each fish distinct and eye-catching.

They tend to be slightly more peaceful than typical Mbuna, thanks to the influence of the Aulonocara genetics, but still enjoy a well-structured tank with rocks and territories. Ideal for colorful African cichlid communities where a bit of personality and pop is welcome.
