The Aulonocara Rubescens, known in the hobby as the Red Peacock, is among the most stunning and sought after peacocks Lake Malawi has to offer. At 4-5" this fully mature male is displaying his complete adult colouration — a deep, rich red body that shimmers with iridescent blue highlights across the face and fins, creating a display that stops experienced hobbyists in their tracks.
