The Snow White Socolofi (Pseudotropheus socolofi variant) is a stunning, selectively bred Mbuna that stands out with its pure, milky white coloration—an elegant twist on the traditionally blue Socolofi. This eye-catching strain maintains the classic Mbuna build and behavior but brings a unique sense of contrast and brightness to rock-based Malawi setups.

Despite its angelic appearance, this fish still carries the bold, territorial temperament of its Mbuna cousins. Males and females look similar, with some subtle differences in dominance behavior and intensity of white tone. It thrives in a rocky aquascape with ample hiding places and clear territorial boundaries, and does best in Mbuna-only or carefully balanced African cichlid tanks.
