Tropica Co2 System BIO

The Tropica CO₂ System Bio is a simple, low-cost way to add essential carbon dioxide to your aquarium, supporting healthier and more consistent plant growth. CO₂ is one of the most important nutrients for aquatic plants, and without it, growth can slow significantly. This system is designed to provide a steady supply of CO₂ for easy to medium-demand plants, helping improve overall plant vitality and development.

Operating on a natural bio-reaction system, it delivers CO₂ for approximately 60 days, making it an efficient and beginner-friendly solution for planted aquariums. It is safe to use, easy to set up, and designed to be refilled and recycled for ongoing use.

For best performance, the system works optimally at temperatures between 20–25°C.

Ideal for aquariums with easy to medium plants looking for improved growth and stability without the complexity of pressurized CO₂ systems.

How to Use

1. Pour 300 ml of hot water (~50°C) into the bottle
2. Attach cap (without air nozzle) and shake vigorously for 1 minute
3. Leave at room temperature for at least 24 hours until contents solidify
4. Soak the CO₂ diffuser in clean water during this time

After 24 hours:
5. Mix Activator in 200 ml of lukewarm water (max 35°C)
6. Stir until fully dissolved (leave for ~5 minutes)
7. Add solution to bottle
8. Insert gasket and attach cap
9. Connect air hose and diffuser
10. Place diffuser in aquarium

CO₂ production will begin within a few hours depending on temperature.

With Activator refill bags, the system provides approximately 60 days of CO₂ supplementation.
