Wild Type Neocaridina are the original, natural form of the popular Neocaridina davidi shrimp species. They typically display earthy tones such as brown, grey, olive, or translucent, often with subtle patterns. While not as flashy as their selectively bred counterparts, these shrimp are hardy, active, and perfect for breeding projects or natural-looking aquascapes.

Like all Neocaridina, Wild Types are easy to care for, making them great for beginners. They thrive in established planted tanks with stable parameters, and they help keep your aquarium clean by feeding on algae, biofilm, and detritus.
